Ladies in leadership positions within the Ladies of the Immaculata should be comfortable overseeing activities and meetings, leading prayer and faith-sharing sessions, organizing social gatherings, and have a great sense of hospitality that fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment. These attributes allow members to actively contribute their talents while deepening their faith and strengthening the parish community.
