About
The Knights of Columbus is an international Catholic men's fraternal organization founded in 1882 in New Haven, Connecticut by Fr. Michael McGivney. The Knights were formed to provide mutual aid and assistance to the sick, disabled and needy members and their families. In addition, social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members, and their families welfare, war relief, and public relief works. The four core principles of Knights are charity, unity, fraternity and patriotism. Being a member of the Knights of Columbus is open to Catholic men 18 years and older.
When
Typically members attend monthly meetings and participate in additional social and charitable activities as time allows. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Knights of Columbus, you can fill out an online membership form on their website, KofC.org.
